Meet Roko
Roko has been involved in Volleyball for over 30 years as a former professional player, as Sports Director at the club Berlin Recycling Volleys, and most recently as the Head of Volleyball & Events in the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV); which accounts for almost 10 years in leadership positions.
He progressed very fast in the hierarchy of the CEV, with the CEV governing bodies recognising his leadership and managerial skills and awarding him with one of the highest positions within the institution. He successfully managed all the challenges, especially the crisis that Volleyball and sports communities in general had faced for the first time in history: the COVID-19 pandemic.

Meet Roko
Roko has been involved in Volleyball for over 30 years as a former professional player, as Sports Director at the club Berlin Recycling Volleys, and most recently as the Head of Volleyball & Events in the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV); which accounts for almost 10 years in leadership positions.
He progressed very fast in the hierarchy of the CEV, with the CEV governing bodies recognising his leadership and managerial skills and awarding him with one of the highest positions within the institution. He successfully managed all the challenges, especially the crisis that Volleyball and sports communities in general had faced for the first time in history: the COVID-19 pandemic. These challenges have built a relationship of trust and mutual respect with the CEV’s 56 National Federations and over 200 European Volleyball clubs, who have highly appreciated his abilities and his significant contribution to the development of the sport. At the heart of Roko's candidacy lies a bold vision for the future of European Volleyball. He pledges to represent the interests of all stakeholders, from National Federations to Volleyball clubs, athletes, and partners, ensuring that the Volleyball community unleashes its full potential and drives growth and development across the continent.
